Fusion Energy

The biggest challenges of the 21st century are to provide sufficient food, water, and energy to allow everyone on the planet to live decent lives, in the face of rising and increasingly urbanised population, the threat of climate change, and (eventually) declining use of fossil fuels. In this talk Professor Roddy Vann discusses the benefits and challenges of fusion as a source of clean energy.
